Shane is not sure where this badge originated from. Here are his thoughts But can you expand on them ?

"As for this badge...an interesting conundrum! When I bought the Breathless Tour Programme...the badge came with it. The text on the badge is the same as the Tour Page inside the Tour Programme ...it could have come with the tour...but I'm not sure. The Breathless badge I sent you could also be from the tour or from somewhere else...I really don't know. Maybe we could put it up on Rajaz as a question for site visitors to answer?? Perhaps someone out there knows the true answer???????"
